What's The Mission?
On this website, you will discover an educational series of short (5-10 minute) videos teaching budding chefs of any age about the fundamentals of food, science - specifically materials science - and their interconnection. The goal is to LEARN the basics, DIGEST the information by investigating interesting parts more deeply, and finally, CREATE dishes that the chef will be proud to serve!
As a bonus, we will travel around the world to places like Japan and Turkey to sample some cultural flavors!
